Pumpkin Harvest Festival Admission for 2

TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS
Admission: A valid ticket is required for entry to the pumpkin patch and fall festival. Guests must present their ticket upon arrival for verification. Tickets may be scanned electronically or collected at the entrance.
Refunds & Exchanges: All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise determined by the event organizer.
Weather: The festival is held outdoors and will generally take place regardless of normal seasonal weather conditions. Individual activities or attractions may be delayed, modified, suspended, or closed due to rain, high winds, lightning, extreme temperatures, or other conditions that may create an unsafe environment. The event organizer will determine whether weather-related changes or closures are necessary.
Event Changes: Festival activities, attractions, entertainment, schedules, and operating hours are subject to change based on availability, weather, safety, or other circumstances. Certain activities may require an additional fee or separate admission.
Pumpkin Picking: Pumpkins are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. Pumpkin sizes, varieties, quantities, and prices may vary throughout the season. Festival admission does not include the cost of pumpkins.
Activities: Certain festival activities may have specific age, height, weight, or other participation requirements. Guests are required to follow all posted rules, safety guidelines, and instructions provided by festival staff.
Children: Children must remain under the supervision of a responsible adult throughout their visit. Parents and guardians are responsible for the behavior, safety, and participation of children in all festival activities.
Conduct: Guests are expected to treat festival staff, other visitors, facilities, and property with respect. The event organizer reserves the right to remove any guest whose behavior is disruptive, threatening, unsafe, inappropriate, or otherwise interferes with the enjoyment or safety of others. No refund will be provided for removal due to misconduct.
Photography: Photography and video recording may take place throughout the festival and may be used for promotional, advertising, social media, or other marketing purposes. By attending the event, guests acknowledge that they may appear in photographs or recordings taken during the festival, subject to applicable laws.
Accessibility: The event organizer will make reasonable efforts to provide an accessible and enjoyable experience for all guests. Because the festival takes place in an outdoor farm setting, certain areas may include grass, gravel, uneven ground, mud, hills, or other natural terrain that may affect accessibility.
Safety: Guests participate in festival activities at their own risk and are responsible for following all posted safety requirements and instructions provided by festival staff. Guests should use appropriate caution when participating in activities or traveling throughout the festival grounds.
Right to Refuse Admission: The event organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to or remove any guest when reasonably necessary to protect the safety, security, or well-being of guests, employees, or festival property, or to maintain the orderly operation of the event.
Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing or using a festival ticket, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Additional terms, rules, or restrictions may apply to individual activities, attractions, ticket types, or areas of the festival.
