A breakthrough in Phlox sizing, this compact selection may be much more compact than regular sized Garden Phlox but its flower power puts those taller relatives to shame with a massive display of bright pink, fragrant flowers in July and August. Perfect for grouping or growing in a container, Sweet Tart is also mildew resistant to go along with its unprecedented flower show.
